Beaucoup de gens demandent "comment faire ceci"/"comment faire ça" en utilisant OpenXML.

La réponse la plus fréquente dit que OpenXML est pénible à travailler avec (je suis d'accord) se référer à la bibliothèque de tiers (en particulier ClosedXML).
