J'ajoute une cellule à la fin d'une section en mode d'édition et je lui donne UITableViewCellEditingStyleInsert. comment puis-je définir quelle fonction appelle ce bouton?

Utilisez cette méthode de UITableView:

    if(indexPath.row == editStyleRowInd){

où l'indice editStyleRowInd de la dernière ligne de la table
