T-SQL SELECT combine plusieurs lignes dans une seule colonne

Il s'agit d'une base de données thesaurus exécutant SQL Server 2008 où les termes et les catégories sont liés les uns aux autres. Données hiérarchiques Il suffit de trois tables:

    termid  INT NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,

maintenant extraire des descripteurs (termes avec références) par des codes de catégorie:

Semble UNPIVOT ne correspond pas. Peut-être que CTE + COALESCE?

Est-il possible de transformer les lignes en une seule colonne selon le modèle:

term.en 
<tab> SN term.enscope <if NOT NULL> 
<tab> link.reltype term.en 
... 
<tab> CODE category.code
