Comment html_escape les données de texte dans une application sinatra?

J'ai une petite application Sinatra qui génère des fragments html pour moi à partir d'un modèle ERB.

Comment html_escape la sortie?

L'assistant <% = h somestring% n'existe pas dans Sinatra.

Rack::Utils inclut une méthode d'échappement HTML. http://www.sinatrarb.com/faq.html#escape_html
