essayez de créer haricot sqlMapClient dans applicationContext.xml

Le la cause première est juste à la fin:

Cause: java.securit y.AccessControlException: Accès refusé (java.lang.RuntimePermission accessDeclaredMembers)

Vous semblez être en cours d'exécution de votre conteneur de servlet sous réserve des restrictions de sécurité JVM, et ces restrictions empêchez printemps/iBatis de faire leur travail. Cependant, vous ne nous avez rien dit au sujet de votre environnement, donc je ne peux pas suggérer une solution.
